Some relationships never end…there are people how break up with their partner but they can never turn on page and move on to their life…eventhough have been hurt from a previous partner still have feelings and can’t stop be in love with him/her…They can never get over their ex… The truth is that breakups are among the most painful transitions that we endure. The pain of losing someone you have loved and still love. However, loving feelings about an ex can continue for any number of reasons: The pain of losing someone you have loved and still love. However, loving feelings about an ex can continue for any number of reasons:
Once your heart deeply connects with another person, it can be very difficult to let him go. So difficult, in fact, that even if you know he’s not the right person for you, you still hang on because the depth of connection is so strong. The heart connection existed, and because of this it’s hard to say goodbye.
You’re idealizing your ex.You may have believed you were completely over your ex — and you probably are — but if you’re prone to anxiety, it’s easy to fall into the trap of believing that thoughts about your ex mean that you still have feelings for him or her. Let’s face it, no one likes the idea of rejection. Your motivation for wanting him back may be more about soothing a bruised ego. If you believe that getting him back will validate you in some way then it may be a self esteem issue that needs to be addressed.
If you were anticipating having a long-term commitment with someone that has ended, you not only have to let go of that person, you also have to let go of the life you intended to create with that person as well and this hurts more…
How you can get over your ex:
1.If you’re sad, be sad. Allow sadness to take its course. It’s going to come and then it’s going to go but if you don’t let it pass through you, it’s never going to go away.
2.Release your anger. Anger is a natural emotion, especially in situations where another person has hurt you
3.Take good care of yourself. Many times when people are involved in romantic relationships, they tend to put the other person before themselves. Now is the time to focus on your own needs, wants and desires. Pamper yourself.
4.Enjoy old interests and explore new ideas. If you loved to paint or draw or dance before your relationship but gave it up because the relationship took up too much of your time, now is a great time to go back to doing those things.
Paulo Coelho says in one of his books, “When somebody leaves, it’s so that somebody else can arrive.” Know that just because your ex left you, this is for a reason. Maybe it’s a good thing, even if your ego is hurt and your heart broken. Look at it from a positive side.
